We accept on-line payment viaĀ Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.Ā Ā We do not accept telephone or fax orders.Ā Ā 

Order Processing

Most orders will ship the same day or next day when ordered during a week day.

Pre-orders and backorders on out of stock items ship as soon as the title becomes available.Ā Ā Ā  Your credit card is not charged until the order ships.

Ebook orders are processed immediately and download instructions are delivered via email to purchaser.Ā Ā Ā  Download instructions for ebook pre-orders are sent the day the title becomes available.

Order Status

Your order confirmation e-mail will confirm the statues and expected shipment date of your order, and the shipment confirmation e-mail will include USPS or UPS tracking information.Ā Ā  If you are unable to locate either your order confirmation or shipping confirmation e-mail please check your spam folder.Ā Ā If you still have any questions about your order you may contact our customer support team atĀ aeriosupport@ingramcontent.com.Ā 

For booksĀ purchased as preorders, payment will not be processed until the bookā€™s release date, and at that time the buyer will receive a shippingĀ confirmation.

Order Cancellation

Orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled.Ā Ā  Pre-orders and backorders maybe canceled by contacting customer support atĀ aeriosupport@ingramcontent.com.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS mail and UPS Ground, as chosen at the time of checkout.Ā Ā  Certain large or high dollar value orders are only available for UPS shipping.

International Orders

Orders can be shipped to anywhere in the US, Canada, or UK.Ā Ā  At this time, however, we are only able to process payments from credit cards with US or Canadian billing addresses.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

All print orders are fully returnable within 30 days of receipt for either replacement or a refund to the original credit card used to place the order.Ā Ā We do not accept returns on ebook orders unless the digital file is impaired due to defects or damage. In this event, a replacement file will be provided to the buyer. If that file is unavailable, Aerio shall deduct the retail amount for the returned item.

Sales Tax and Tax Exempt Organizations

We collect sales tax on print and ebook purchases as required by local taxing authorities in all 50 US states and Canada.Ā Ā We are not able to apply tax exemptions to any orders.
