The era of book-to-screen adaptations is upon us. With so many of our books turning into movies and TV shows, we can easily binge-watch for hours and see some characters come to life. However, once they end, its time to pick up a new book to fall in love with. Here are some books that will remind you of your favorite stories!

If you watched Lockwood & Co, read The Hairbrush and the Shoe by Jeanne D. Stanton

The three ghost-hunting teens of the Lockwood & Co agency would absolutely love to be a part of Jeanne D. Stantons search for proof of a ghost in her familys 150-year-old townhouse. Though Stanton does not possess magical ghost-locating abilities, one could argue that her intense research and dedication, such as spending a sleepless night in a haunted bedroom and creeping along the edges of rooms in search of cold spots, would make her a perfect asset to Lockwood & Co. If you watched Shadow and Bone, read Reign Returned by Katie Keridan
